BestOne Dental Plan

      There are generally 2 type of people:   Those that have great teeth and get cleanings once or twice a year, and those who sometimes need major work like root canal's, implants, crowns and bridges. 

     BestOne life offers an affordable insurance option for both types of people.   The Economy Plan is less expensive and does not include Major services.  The Choice plan is comprehensive with a $5000 annual benefit maximum, but it does have minimum benefits year 1 for major services.

BestOne Economy Plan $25-28 per month

     The Economy Plan  charges a $25 copay per visit at the door,  and a  $1500  max annual benefit. plan.  Cleanings/exams/bitewing x-rays  are covered 100% with no waiting period.    In addition, the Economy plan offers 80% coverage of fillings (you pay 20%), and much more.   This plan does not cover Major Services.   

    You can use any dentist, but the plan will charge the out of network dentist what they would pay the In-Network dentist.  You may be charged more for using an out of network dentist:  BestOne will pay the out of network dentist what they would have paid the in network dentist.

BestOne Choice Plan  $48-$51 per month

    The Choice plan offers a robust $5000 maximum benefit plan.  All levels of care including crowns, bridges, implants and root canals are covered subject to plan limitations. 

• Basic services are covered 100% after a $25 copay with no waiting period.   
• Intermediate services like fillings are covered 50% year 1, then 80% after 12 months.   
• Major services like root canal/bridge/implants are covered 10% year 1, then 60% after 12 months.   

FREEDOM TO USE ANY PROVIDER:  You can use any dentist, but the plan only pay the out of network dentist what they would have paid an In Network dentist:   You will pay more out of pocket when you see a non-contracted dentist.

Dental Network:
     BestOne uses 2 national networks:   DenteMax  and Connections Network.   Do not ask your dental office whether they accept BestOne Life--ask them if they accept plans using the DenteMax or Connections Networks.     Even if your dentist shows up in the search tool please call their office to confirm they are in the DenteMax network.
